Aka Tralee Telephone ripoff, somehow signed us up without us doing it

I opened up our phone bill and found some charges there from a USBI place. We had NO IDEA who that was so we called them at 1 888 472 8724 and got VERY PUSHY AND RUDE people. They said that we signed up on their web site and had our email address, my wifes, and that WE DID authorize it and that it was us who did it. I said that we did not and once again they said that WE DID.

I told them to take the charges off, which they supposedly did - we'll see, and they I wanted the number or address of the place where our authorization was. She wouldn't give me a number but gave me a [email protected] and I wrote them but it cam back as failed. As soon as I said that I was going to make a complaint they got VERY SHORT AND RUDE.

We have no idea where this web site was thru or what it may have been attached to, but we do know that we did not sign up for anything that remotely resembles phone services.
