Telcovalue Aka Tralee Telephone Aka Ritley
Ripoff, through USBI, criminally signed us up for a monthly telephone service without authorization

I just realized that I have been the victim of a phone scam. Through USBI, Tralee phone, which is now Ritley, snuck in through my daughter's college email and she is not the only one. I called them at 800-498-3540 and the person would not discuss how this happened. She was very rude and hung up on me.

She said they would cancel the service but would not credit me with all the fraudulent charges, just a portion.in good faith, I paid my bill for a few months without noticing they had snuck in.

This is how some sleazy companies steal our money, and they hope we wont notice for a while. They must be stopped. They slip in through the back door on some web site. Its a shame we always have to be on the lookout for the deadbeats in our society.
