Terrible company! Unsatisfied with their customer service. They don't go out of their way to work with you and make the customer happy. They rip you off and then hang up on you or leave you on hold for way too long if you're calling in a return or complaint. They don't offer any credits on personalization even though their product was at fault. They goofed up my order and was entirely their fault because I received something entirely different than what I placed an order for. Their sizes run WAY TOO BIG! I will NEVER shop here again as they have too many restrictions. Don't care to make the customer happy. Terrible company, terrible customer service! Don't waste your time here at all!
