This undesirable moving company never called us when our furniture arrived, and put our furniture in storage for 28 days. They charged us over $2,400.00 for the storage fees (28 days), and $6,000.00 to move our furniture from Texas.
When the furniture arrived, there was over $9,000.00 worth of damage to our furniture and they did another $1,000.00 worth of damage to our house while unloading.
They did not reassemble any of the beds, bedroom furniture, or install any major appliances.
The claims process took over 3 months, and we received $700.00 from this crooked moving company. Don't do business with this company or Wheaton Van Lines. Stay away from them.
