I never received the doll and can't get a refund. Total cost $300.00
Amanda Milbury at Northern Lights Nursery on Ebay kept telling me she needed more time to complete my doll. Once it went past 45 days I was unable to get a refund or leave negative feedback. I have contacted others that have had the same happen to them. She is committing fraud.
