On 21 Dec 09, a doll arrived that was a twin of the cover on their catalog & not a twin of my granddaughter. I called and was told I would be charged $40.00 restocking fee and/or must pay postage and insurance both ways to have the doll corrected. I believe this is wrong & Mytwin should pay the fees involved since they sent a in stock dark skinned doll & expected me to be happy. Even my 5 year old granddaughter recognized the doll did not look like her but the doll on the catalog cover instead. Also, the website makes it appear you get the doll and both dresses for $149.00 but this is not the case. Another fraud. I want this doll replaced with a twin of my granddaughter. I can send you the photos of the doll, catalog & granddaughter & you can see that only the doll & catalog are twins, not the doll and my granddaughter.
