I purchased a LG washer and dryer, 1 with a 5 year extended warranty plan. I called for service Saturday October 20th and was told someone will call me when they can schedule an appointment to service my washer. Monday I received a call from a service company which they told me they don%u2019t service LG products and I need to call the service center again and tell the Warranty Company to send someone else. I called again and the girl put me on hold and tried 4 different repairs companies. She then told me someone will call me when they find a repair company to service my Washer. So far I haven%u2019t received a call back and its 6:30pm Monday October 22nd. I will not be purchase another product from HHGregg ever again. And I%u2019m canceling my credit card and I%u2019ll spread the word about bad service.
