Terrible service so please stay away from them.
There is no termination clause in their contract. So if they do a terrible job with your office cleaning, you cant fire them. You have to write a "cure letter" requesting them to address specific issues. Once they receive the letter, they will have 2 weeks to "correct" it which essentially means that the next cleaning will actually be decent. Once corrected, all goes back to the page one - terrible cleaning quality, you writing another cure letter, them addressing your concerns within 2 weeks just to get a signoff, terrible cleaning again, and so forth. From what i read on the internet, company management underbids all contracts and then keeps 30-40% of the already low contract price. This way the franchise owners have no motivation to do a good job because they get paid below or right at minimum wage in terms of hourly pay.
Regional management is very rude and pushy.
