I purchased a franchise from Heits Building Service on January 16. I made payment in cash in full for the cleaning franchise, and was given several cleaning contracts. Depending on the size of your package, they had a certain amount of time to fill it. Every contract i had, they claimed i lost. Every contract i have had, my workers as well as myself did the best job we were supposed to do without any major complaints from the company. The last contract we had was a big contract in 3-10 which was an apartment complex of 28 buildings (units). We worked on a daily basis cleaning the units, hallways, laundry rooms. Just overall keeping the units clean. We have monthly inspections with the property manager and Heits owners as well as myself, to walk around to check the units. We always past the inspections with flying colors, and the owners were more than pleased. The last comment made from the owner, was (This place have not looked this good in 15 years). This was the last contract i have had from them since October. They had taken this one as well. Heits has also failed to give me two referal fees thats owed, for refering 2 franchisee's
