Martinizing Dry Cleaning is a Ripoff! Go to Bairds Dry Cleaning instead.
They are expensive, have terrible customer service, and have a poor history with the BBB. They damaged my clothes and would not take blame. They actually blamed me! I couldn't believe it.
Demand to be compensated for your loss, file a report with the BBB, and file a report with Ripoff report. Do not let them blame you for their faults. They are crooks.
Don't let these crooks take your hard earned money and don't take their bullsh*t. Demand payment is made to reimburse you for your loss and do not let them send your property to anyone else for a phony analysis that they claim is expert opinion.
