Took my money and did not call me

I ordered product from Herbalx.com, they took my money on 1017, gave me a postal number related to my status of order, but when I called the post office, they said it was not sent out yet. I have left numerous phone messages, and they can't even call me with just a hint off professionalism to tell me what has happend. So when or if I get what I ordered, I will never do buisness with them again
