This company will not pay you for your appraisals. They will ask for revision after revision to stall for payment but in the end will never pay you. Luckily, I smelled a rat and cancelled the other appraisal I had for them even though I had already inspected the property. Appraisers DO NOT do work for this company. Run away!!!
