I worked for the owner of this operation from Sep 19 2012 to Oct 19 literally made it one month with this slimeball. The first week I was employed his worker and him were using peoples property for personal errands, all of which the customer was not made aware of. So unlawful use and entry of a vehicle and I witnessed this over 4 different vehicles. As time went on I grew very uncomfortable with the day to day business practices, His corporate office is at the address listed and the address is also a thrift store. So while going thru the files he wanted me to so call fix because there was no paper trail I found random people's credit card information laying around the thirft store in paper sacks, on counters, on the ground, in a box on a counter in wide open sight of any customer that came into the thirft store. Can you say Illegal. Ok so it also gets better. This Dr that had parked with them for appx. A year had also pulled his rv out a year ago to date. He came by the office to inquire why his credit card had been charged for a year when the lot attendant and owner fully were aware that he no longer parked with them. The owners response in no way am I liable for any of that and no you cannot have payment back for the last year. Amazing business owner eh? 2 months prior to my employment the owner and his worker sold an rv of a customers without a title and without paying her for the sale of the motorhome. She has no taken the information to an atttorney I spoke with him on the phone and had no idea what to say because the owner was at the bar getting drunk. Someone needs to sue every last dollar out of him. So he comes back from the bar and by this time im three weeks into the job, ive hired him a personal assistant that was great at her job, and a marketing assistant.By the third week ive asked the owner to stop calling me honey, baby, sweetie, doll. I told him it makes me very uncomfortable, pissed, angry. To no avail here i sit without a job because of making mention of unwanted sexual harrassment and illegal business practices. I ask for my pay since I quit and still have not recieved the pay for last weeks work Last but not least all of his advertising is illegal. His ads on craigslist which is the market he targets the most is "all lies"... in the ads they say park with us we have onsite security, theres no one that lives on the lot. The ad also says security cameras which they dont have because theres no power, or internet there.internet would take 5000.00 to get it in the location. Take a look at the pics on the ads. Not even the same lot that they have. Its pictures of an old lot they had a year and ahalf ago. That got shut down most likely due to drug use from the owner.
