Can not contact by email forgot my customer name and pass word, when i tried recover my pass word i didnt know the name of my pet... So i called the first of 2 numbers and they both refused to cansell my order without either the name of my pet... Or the balance of any of my open or closed accounts... Crazy a credit reporting company that farms your calls out to India and ripes you off... Because they refuse to close your account... They have no problem taking there money or sending me updates every week!
