Technician failed to inform me about the trap regulations and then attempted to charge outrageous additional fees. They did not do the agreed upon repairs. They have a service contract that is so fine print and long that it is practically illegible, especially for seniors. When I asked what I was signing because I couldn't read it, they fail to tell you everything that is on the contract. They basically will just show up and put a couple traps out, get hundreds of dollars up front then they never follow up with you, so your lucky if they trap anything.
They expect the customer to check traps, I'm in a wheelchair, but if you touch the trap which they don't tell you not to, they will charge you hundreds of dollars for a "tampering fee". Then they inform you after that this is in the tiny print, extremely long contract... It's a scam. The customer service woman at the main office was rude and unhelpful and will trap you in the unethical contract if you don't take it to an attorney first to decipher it. They continued to send unwarranted additional charges, but did stop only AFTER I threatened legal action as well as calling my congressman, I am a 100% service-connected disabled veteran.
DO NOT trust this business. Additional complaints from other ripped off customers can be found on the BBB website as well as Angie's List, Google and Yahoo Reviews, unfortunately I did not read them before I hired them.in addition, I have talked to my neighbors and other wildlife removal professionals and found out that this business has a very disreputable reputation and regularly rips off consumers.
