Performed over 7k in services at 2 properties located in the Chicagoland area, Johnny Hill called and personally and told me he recieved the funds from his client and that I would have a wire into my account the following day. No such wire has been entered.
When I spoke with Kimberly Hill she said Mr. Hill had not talked to her regarding my payment as he had told me the day before.
Johnny Hill will call you all day long when you're in the process of completing a job. But once it is complete he'll pass ypu to Les and Kim and you'll never hear from him again.
Don't accept work from them. And if you have search property records and find his clients and place liens on the property and inform them that you've done soo.
