I was asked by my girlfriend to pay a bill that she had received from Credit Collection Services (CCS) I paid the bill and the funds were withdrawn from my account on March 16. At this point I thought the matter was done with but the next month she recieves another notice.
So I called them and they said it was paid and I asked them to send a paid in full letter to her which they did. Then the next month they sent another notice. I called them and they said disregard but now it is mid october and she just recieved another notice today.
She depends on me to take care of this for her because her tty is no longer working and she has no internet access. I just want them to stop sending these notices. If any further info needed plz contact me. Thanks
