AT&T WIRELESS DEBT AT&T Wireless is stating that I owe them for a cell phone account, never had a contracted cell phone account with them

AT&T WIRELESS is stating that I owe them $5,140.64 for a contracted cell phone account and I have never owned a cell phone. The only type of cell phone that I have owned is a pre-paid one. Someone has done identity theft on me and I can't prove it and I need help.
