Requesting the Payment of a Wireless Phone for a someone that has never owned a Cell Phone. Georga

LDG Financial Services, LLC submitted a collection and offer of settelment for an account with Altell Communications, Inc. The company has been told on three occasions that the bill is not valid.
The person whom they are trying to collect this debt from is 72 years old and has never owned or used a cell phone.
