I've written a note before... And here is another.
My son was "chosen" probably around July... Well, since they we've been dealing with some pretty significant medical issues, including decreased ability to be around other children for risk of infection to others or self... So we've had to cancel 2 photo shoots already.
Numerous phone messages have been left for Bruce with no return call.
I finally got in touch with him a few weeks ago and he SCREAMED at me on the phone. Yelled and yelled and yelled about "no refund" and "I will not return any money ever!" Screaming.
Really, he was screaming.
I was and am appauled at his behavior. I would not expect that type of behavior from the emotionally disturbed and developmentally delayed children that I work with. It was explosive, aggressive, accusational and offensive.
He actually said "Well, will your son be sick forever?" In my mind, I really really hope not. But what kind of professional who works with children and families would have this type of attitude and aggresive nature?
Oh, and then he hung up on me.
I'm actually slightly frightened to go into the office for a photo shoot in case Bruce's behaviors "light up" again.
I've paid the $685. And unforutnately, it doesn't seem to be coming back to me.
