Requested a birthday agreement for My Father having a shipping of 5 days absent. They sent it the following day! (4 days early). I sent to inform them how dissatisfied I had been within the incorrect shipping and also to request 1/2 reimbursement. No reply. Then I named them-and was informed how sorry these were which somebody might contact to check out on the issue. No body actually did. Our mother sent me an image of the agreement also it wasn't at-all that which was described after I requested - how uncomfortable. It had been cartoonish and shipped about the wrong time. Terrible support, no-follow-up. Prevent this online floral purchasing support!
