Poor quality flowers/terrible customer support

Having been a great client of more than 20 years and spending more income than I care to consider with 1 800-blossoms this latest event may be the hay for me personally. I've had two additional events of poor flowers and misdelivered blossoms. Newest event was Mom's Time purchase. I purchased two similar preparations. One for my relative that did not appear something such as the image but was average. One for my Mom that appeared as if the scrap blossoms you could find about the florist ground following a full-day of creating Mom's Time preparations. The blossoms I'dnot have settled $10.00 in my own local food floral office for. To become frank, the supermarket has more stunning preparations than that which was sent to my Mother. I settled the improved cost to create this a "Big" agreement that the site claims is meant to possess "additional flowers" and "high quality flowers." Exactly what a laugh! Difficulty is I am NOT JOKING. I named customer support who assured me they'd get this to right and send a brand new agreement to my Mom 24 hours later. Our Mom is 73, outdated, not in a healthy body having a poor heart. The final point she required is definitely an unprofessional florist calling and unsettling her. I named customer support again, even angrier and much more disappointed. Effectively 24 hours later arrived and went, you thought it, NO PLANTS! Lastly nowadays my bad Mom obtained a container of unarranged bouquets (not what I initially taken care of). Six roses plus some inexpensive filler plants.By late morning the petals about the flowers were slipping like snowflakes. Our Mom explained these blossoms appeared wilted as well as in poor form.
