I recently purchased a $1000 basketball system from dicks sporting goods. The business, my 6th man, was in charge of the installation and i couldnt be more dissatisfied. No respect for peoples time and i feel the way they conducted business was unacceptable. They gave me a 4 hour window to sit around and wait for them to come to begin the installation process. They never came and contacted me a half hour past the 4 hour window, to tell me they couldnt make it. I had rearranged my schedule. Made arrangements for my kids to be picked up/droppped off, by other parents since i had to be at home and they never came. This is totally unacceptable, and to pay this kind of money for a product and get this poor of service, is just plain unacceptable. He apologized and told me he would come the next day at my convenience. So i gave him the time that would work, and he told me he couldnt make it at that time. Im the paying customer here, my services should be met and they are not. This has been a hassle, a runaround, and i couldnt be more disappointed. I strongly advise anyone to avoid them for any type of delivery/installation. Do it yourself, hire your own contractor, anything, but DO NOT use my 6th man.
