I was referred to Dolphin Re-location Moving Services by another moving company call United Express who assured me of quality service. I was quite disappointed when I got to my destination to find that my belongings would be in transit for another 10-14 days. Here it is 17 days later and they called me for delivery at their convenience demanding payment at that time. I told them they would have to deliver it when I was ready and they demanded an additional $500 for their inconvenience. I am very frustrated about their business practices which seem to be set by their own rules. This should not be, there has to be some recourse that consumers can take to ensure that we are treated with dignity and as a paying customer. It seems that once they get your belongings they can make their own rules and hold you hostage.
