I bought one shirt and was charged 2 shirts on my credit card

I live in Brazil
In the month of April bought the store Macys 719 - Houston, TX
1 shirt and was charged 2 shirts

Clifford Rutherford (Loss Prevention Manage)
Patrick Strauch (do not know who you are)

By laziness or lack of interest in customer
till this day nothing has been resolved
They inform me that half the value returned by exception (is a kindness?)

I sent all documents - copies of cash register tape / extract my credit card.

This is a disgrace! We're talking about less than $ 20.
