I purchased a Keurig Milk Frother just over a year ago.
Within months, the mechanism that operates the frother which is in the lid broke. Since the product was in warranty the first year, Keurig sent me a new frother. Now, just months following the year of receiving the new brother, the top has quit working again. This product is defective and Keurig refuses to make it right. Yes it is just out of warranty, but to spend $70 on a brother and have it break twice within little more than a year is totally unacceptable. I will not buy another Keurig product due to their poor handing of this situation.
