I contacted AHS for service under my home warranty and was assigned a service company who has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau for service complaints. When I requested AHS re-assign to another service technician, they refused. They indicated that I could contact them if I had a problem with the company for resolution, but why would I want to have a service contractor come to my home and pay them $60 when they have a track record of poor service, and then have to fight with AHS for satisfaction? Unbelieveable.
