I took my old clock to this shop wanting an estimate on the repairs needed. After calling numerous times for over 2 months, I finally contacted someone, and they said that they had someone looking at it, and would call me back later that week. I stsed I only wanted an estimate at this time, no repairs.
Still not hearing from them, I caught someone in the store, the female owner, and after telling me thay had sent the clock out, and it was being fixed, which I did not approve, she told me it would be there the next day. After all the conversation, she told me I could leave, she had another customer to tend to. She was very rude, and did not want to talk to me in front of the other customer.
Two days later, she calls, and tells me the charges are 162.75, and I told her again I did not approve the repairs, she told me if I did not want to pay, she would keep the clock and sell it.
