This is my story, i had gotten a phone with worldcom wireless. (wrong move)
I have had my phone for about six months and never recieved a bill.
I recieve letters stating how the billing is backed up. Letter after letter i get angry.
I take it upon myself to call them to get the billing information. I spoke with pat at #516-229-5160 (nasty, nasty, nasty) all she said to me is i can not see anything but a zero balance on this account.
Our records have not been up-dated i said " you mean to tell me you can not find out how much i owe?" she said bills get genorated to us.
I said well call them and get my bill on what i owe you people!!! She said i do not have the phone number. So another words they have no contact with them and no-one could help me.
Bottom line is stay away from this rip off of a so called company. If i knew then what i know now i would warn everyone "stay away from worldcom wireless"
