I contracted Moving Services to ship a vehicle and personal effects internationally. There were several delays along the way but the vehicle was finally shipped; but without the personal effects. The vehicle has arrived, but with incorrect Bill of Lading details and cannot be released. I have paid in full for the delivery and now cannot get any response from Moving Services, plus the personal effects are missing! The group "Ship Overseas" who sent the vehicle have not been paid by Moving Services either and will not send the bill of lading until they receive payment. They are not answering their phones or emails and my concern is that they are bankrupt or a bunch of cons. My vehicle is sitting in a port
in Romania. My goods are god knows where. What type of action do you suggest? Thanks for your time and advice. Can we please get the bad guys??
