I pre-ordered plants for my spouse to become shipped your day of our wedding. Your day arrived and that I did not obtain a contact from my spouse to express what stunning plants she obtained. I thought she simply did not deliver the e-mail. Then just like I am preparing to depart my workplace for that evening (5 pm) I get a contact from Wesley Berry Plants informing me they were not able to provide the blossoms, but they might provide the flowers in 'a few times' and they might update my flowers an amount. I sent them an extremely firmly worded mail and stated I needed my money-back which when they could not provide about the particular evening used to donot wish to have them delivered whatsoever. They replied that I'd get a complete reimbursement and also the blossoms would not be shipped. 24 hours later my spouse gets the blossoms that I terminated. Not just was I not returned, I had been billed twice. This overdrew my bank account and also the $50 blossoms wound up charging me $100 and arriving each day overdue. Exactly what a laugh!!! I faced them again plus they stated 'Our apologies nevertheless when I place in the request the reimbursement, it had been too late to become returned since the agreement had been already created and coming for shipping. I apologize but we'd to reauthorize the charge card after giving the reimbursement since the agreement was shipped'. Thanks for nothing. I'll NEVER utilize them again!!!
