I purchased a kitchen from Ikea this year and hired one of their own contractors to install it. The installation, customer service from this company was really bad. I ended up firing them as they didn´t know how to install it properly and they did a lot of damage in my house. They also billed me in advance without authorization. I went to IKEA to see if they could help me with the problem and basically they told me that I was on my own. I have received the worst customer service from IKEa and I am filing a complaint with the BBB. I will never shop there again.
