I bought a textbook from BigPlanetBooks.com because the price was cheaper than alot of other sites. It looked safe except that one small thing caught my attention: they didn't offer a tracking number for their orders so a customer can't check where their package is in transit or when to expect delivery. I ignored this and trusted them. After 8 days I emailed [email protected] my concern about the textbook not arriving. Then, I received a reply from "Ellen" saying the book was shipped and rarely takes more than 12 to 14 days to arrive. So I waited 14 days. I sent another email to them and got no reply after one day. Luckily, I had used Paypal to pay for the book so I opened a "dispute" late at night claiming I never received my book. The next morning I had received a refund from betterworldbooks on my account and it said their location was in San Jose, California which is very suspicious since in their reply email it says they are located in Chattanooga, Tennessee and their website says their location is Burbank, California. Also, they list no phone number anywhere on their site except in a very small section in the "contact us" which is 3106017952. I have looked up reviews on facebook and many others have the same trouble getting their books. Do not buy from them.
