Lynn C. Burley of Burley Properties in Melbourne Beach Florida is a thief and a liar. She has very deceptive practices.
I recently found out that several years ago when she was acting as my agent and renting out a property I owned, she was funneling the rent money into her own business accounts and then paying me a lesser amount after the fact.
At the time she was working for a company that I considered reputable. She was let go a long time ago and apparently bounced around from company to company until she opened her own brokerage. Unfortunately for me, it is way too late to get any legal satisfaction. Don't use her she is despicable.
