I received my bill with SBC and was shocked to an additional charge of 19.95 plus tax. It was with a company called OAN Services INC.! I called SBC and they put it as I was disputing the charges and had to call the company.
So I called the number on SBC phone bill and reached a lady, this was after being on hold for over a hour. The number was 1-800-926-6435, I spoke to lady named Lucy and explained to her I never ordered this nor authorized this transaction. Asked her what it was for and she replied voice mail service. I said funny because they dont' have voice mail service where I live right now and not even SBC could offer this too me. Also, that I didn't have this service or was advised by anyone I did have it. She advised me that she would cancle this but could not credit me and would have to call another number 1-877-439-3802.
I received the conformation number from her. I tried to call the number she provided but low and behold they were closed on a Friday morning at 10:00AM. I will try again on Monday but somehow do not think I will get ahold of them. I will see next month, as I have read much bad blood about them so far and have come to the conclusion I am not the only one that has be a victim of OAN Services Inc.!!!
