Douglass Stern is not only a rip-off artist, for not performing services, but also a cheat for charging for services never rendered! The so called "sales rep" is also a rip off artist for charging whatever she could get away with for services, but then telling the employees to "put on a good show" for the customers.
This man also knows NOTHING about pest control and is very much afraid of any animal or bug! He also believes that having alot of money will buy him out of anything his butt gets into and this is just another case of lets see how far I can go before the bottom falls out! This is not the first time he has ripped the public off and it sure wont be the last but with help from web services like this, it will be easier to track pond scum like him. I would also like to mention that this comes from an ex-employee that was told to rip-off all of the accounts by not servicing them but to charge them! Make sure that if this is your service, have a monthly sign in sheet to clearly cover your service!!! Also know that it is ILLEGAL to not have this paperwork in all buisness that are serviced that handle food.
