Pogo has had a lot of problems over the past several months. One of them, is not allowing you to "load" a program... For instance, Scrabble won't load today, 9/3. An error message keeps coming up that there might be a problem with other applications opened but I don't have anything opened other than Pogo. At times, it takes an age to drag 1 tile and then it goes back to the rack before you know it. Am so glad that I did not upgrade and spend money on a game that very seldom is up and running or shut downs for no apparent reason. I think the Tech Support group needs to be re-evaluated.
