Wow! I was shocked at how rudely I was treated by Lauren at the Birmingham Summit location. The 90 day window return policy will lose Talbot's customers; add that to the store clerk's attitude and refusal to scan the tag to verify the purchase date or even be polite has convinced me to never shop at Talbot's again. Make one customer mad, they'll tell 10 people. One down, nine to go.
