I've been chared 89.95 for MK Supplements on my American Express account for April... Again. This happened in December but I filed a dispute with American Express and the charges were credited back to me.
This time, I sent an email to MK Supplements advising them of the incorrect charges and asked that someone respond back to me. Nothing happened. I've called twice since and left messages leaving both my home phone and work phone numbers, but no one has bothered to return my calls.
Today I sent a registered letter stating my complaints and requesting my money back. If no one responds, I will file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's office.
I don't take supplements, have never ordered any supplements and I've never done any business with MK Supplements. My impression is the entire website and anything that has to do with MK Supplements is a complete fraud.
