Egining january i received my home telephone bill. Upon opening i was a bill for over $700.00, i do have two phone lines so my bills can be confusing. Knowing this was not right i closely examinationed the bill. I realized i was being charged $. 50 per minute. I was signed up for a plan for $. 07 per minute. I call sprint and they apologize tell me they will credit my account. They could not figure out how it happened. They then explained that i would be better to pay $28.95 for unlimited long distance.
I signed up both lines. It took sprint 3 months to show a credit for the erroneous charges and i was was sent cut-off notices due to the outstanding balance. This was the begining for the next 8 months sprint elrroneously billed incorrect charges every month on one phone or another. Every month i called tried to fix and was told verbally how much i owed.in July i was able to switch to my cable company and i made one last call to sprint to get the pay-off as again i never saw a correct bill. They said $285.00k, i paid and thanked god i was done. Low and behold a month later i receive a final bill for another $162.00, i have refused to pay and they have sent me to collections. I would love to speak to the media and anyone else i can.
