My son stayed at this property 14 Virginia Circle, Anderson SC. 29621 while attending Anderson University 2012 school year. They boys gave up their deposit which was to cover leaving 3 months early which was fine with the property management people verbally. Today we received a collection notice for damage of our portion of 3 kids at $523.25. The management company earlier fraudulently complained that there was damage.
They were very embarrassed to learn my son had dated pictures of the damage they claimed but the pictures were dated prior to them moving in. Now they are turning us into collections because it is easy money for most people but We are people that will fight this and now I have filed a complained with the police criminal inverstigation department. I want to help stop this fraud crime from repeating to honest kids who rent from this company and or individual.
