Total Garden delivered a fairly large residential landscaping installation for $6000.
During the installation the sprinkler system was damaged. After repeated requests to service the sprinkler system they never showed up. The sprinkler system is still not functional.
In addition that that primary complaint, there is secondary complaint regarding the followup maintenance. Prior to start of the project, (DBA) Total Garden, sold me on their followup services which included replacement of any dead plants, and fertilization every few months up to one year. After repeated calls about several dying plants they did nothing. After spending $6000 with this company I replaced their plants at my own expense.
Based on my experience, the company is not representative of honest business practices and quality services at this price point.
