I received an estimate for new sod in my yard and completely repairing the sprinkler system. They underestimated the amount of sod it would take to "cover all non grassy" areas in the yard. They ran out of sod and said they would have to come back on another day. Part of the contract was to fix all sprinkler heads and return the system to 100% function and then to adjust and focus the sprayers on the yard.
I have an invoice that explains in detail the work to be done and the price, and receipts for the money spent on grass and equipment needed, but they have not returned, have turned the phone to "not receiving calls" and have refused to answer email, despite me asking nicely. It has been 3 weeks.
My system is not fully functional and they did not finish any part of the job. Not only that, but the system was fully functional before they arrived and now several heads do no even come on.
