These telecommunication companies are using oan to collect these charges - oan is being paid and then we are all being billed through the charges found on our local phone bill - oan and the companies that work through oan just got your money!
If you refuse to pay that portion of your bill, your phone company will reverse the charges but might not receive the payment - when you complain just do not stop here - contact the fcc, the bbb, and your local media so we can get it out there that this company is bad and then more people will be aware - majority of the people assume what is on their bill and rip off the payment part and put the rest of the bill away, paying the deceptive company - if you keep quiet, you keep these frauds in business!
