I have been billed for two months for a voice mail service that was supposedly signed up for on line. It must have been something that you were suppose to UNCHECK and if you didn't you were automatically enrolled - I am getting a credit for one month but not the other. All phone companies, utility companies should get authorization from either the billing name or spouse with proper identification ONLY! This company did neither!
