Tobias Maculey Asked to send $1350 so we could colelct our lottery winnings - Ripoff! By western union

I received a letter claiming I won $615,810 from EL Gordo Sweepstakes Lottery Company S.A. And to call Mr. Mario Pedro at the security company where the money is deposited and insured

I called Mr. Pedro and he asked me to fax my bank information and subsequently get clearance from Central Bank to send the money.

Mr. Pedro furhter asked me to send $1350 by Western Union to Mr. Tobias Maculey at Santa Lucia Security Company S.A. As a requirement by the Central Bank for non Spanish citizens. He also asked me to send a copy of my passport.
