I hired James Cotton to assist my website with SEO and minor edits. Upon agreeing of a price of $600, with 1/2 down $300 to start the work. Paid the half through paypal on July 17th.
When I didnt hear back from him, I emailed him to find out he messed my site up - not what we agreed on, he had been living on the street and his dog is in the SPCA. I asked for my 1/2 back - to credit my card for services not rendered. At this time, he has has done neither and I am angry.
