I have been trying for days with no luck to speak to Allen Cotton in Fry`s Risk Management Dept about a certified letter I received. There is NEVER an answer and the only option is to leave a message that no one EVER responds to! I have also sent 2 emails that are still unanswered. Yesterday, I received yet another letter from Mr. Cotton! I will not leave my personal info here such as name and phone number as this is public. How do I get Mr. Allen Cotton to contact me!?!?
