DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY And if you have here is where to file reports

We are having same problem with this company as many others are. Packed HHG and vehicle Georgia to Belgium in June. Paid in Full for door to door shipment. On 7/22/04 (thinking shipment is now in transit for 4 weeks and due in another 2 weeks) got invoice for $2,740.00 over written estimate of $7,045.00 and for items already included in original quote.

Disputed 7/23/04. As of 9/21/04 HHG still at "port" in US (we don't know which port, which state, nothing) and we have been requesting Bill of Lading documents or at least number since 6/04. Loyra Rivera (the supposed Customer Service Manager) told me "you won't get a bill of lading til you pay this invoice". I told her we need copy of the contract and she said "what contract?"... I guess she doesnt understand the Bill of Lading docs are the contract?

Anyway, here is what I am finding are useful
agencies/organizations to file complaints with:

1. Filed police report with police department here in my state. I will have that in 72 hours. Um... Theft by taking charges are involved.

2. Filed a complaint with the Miami-Dade FBI office. They have jurisdiction over Broward County where WW Relocations is doing business. You can file a complaint online @ http://miami. Fbi. Gov/

3. Filed a complaint with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration online. Their website is https://www.1-888-dot-saft.com. I know they only have limited investigators, but give them credit for their indictment of 16 Miami-Dade-Broward county Florida moving companies in conjunction with the FBI in Operation Stow Biz — find news storys by searching on google or yahoo regarding this mess. Also, it is a violation of federal law for the mover to NOT provide a bill of lading. We were not given one and still don't have it after requesting the document.

4. Filed a complaint with my personal insurance carrier for missing household goods and vehicle. We have homeowners/renters insurance and automobile coverage that will reimburse us if WW Relocations doesnt provide requested documents to our insurance company.By the way our insurance company considers our stuff "possible stolen property" and are investigating.

5. Disputed payment with our credit card company for our Payment in Full to this company — we did a convenience check which is part of our credit card line of credit. (I do not recommend disputing payments made like this unless like us you are concerned that a contractor for WW relocations drove away with our vehicle, our shipment, and we have no bill of lading, and refusal on the part of WW relocations to give us bill of lading info or disclose WHERE our property is being stored.)

6. Filed complaint with the Federal Maritime Commission. You need to fax to them with complaint info. 202-275-0059 Attn: Allen Jackson. They are extremely involved when your move is from US to overseas. Select the "complaints" button and read everything they can help with. (Mr. Costadoni alluded in a 6/04 posting he has an application for something in with them. According to them today, they have many complaints against WW Relocations. When I said just WorldWide the telephone person groaned!) Their website @ http://www.fmc. Gov

7. Filed complaint with Broward County Consumer Affairs office (Attn: Mona Sardel) — Telephone number to talk with them 954-357-5350

8. Filed complaint with Florida Attorney General, Charlie Crist
At their website select "consumer protection" and then select "economic crimes". At the bottom of this page select "contact economic crimes" and submit your complaint. Their website http://myfloridalegal.com/

9. File a complaint (if you are a resident of a specific state) with YOUR state's attorney general office. If you are overseas, contact your state's senators or representatives.

10. File a complaint with the BBB.

11. Mr. Costadoni replied on badmovers.org that this company is now a member of HHGFAA as of 6/4/04. I called HHGFAA. I am going to be faxing a complaint against WW Relocations. According to their Membership Approval person if they receive 2 complaints on a member then the member company is expelled. Fax complaints to: (703) 684-3784 ATTN: Jean Mathis.

I have done all this just in the past 24 hours. If you can do this with YOUR situation then Mr. Costadoni, Ms. Rivera and Ms. Norry (who are officers of this scam corporation) will not only have to answer to every agency, but also answer to them for EACH of YOUR submissions too. Some of this may be useful if you are dealing with another moving company doing business in this same manner.
