I have received a collection letter from NSA for coffee that was auto-shipped and returned to TASSIMO. I called Tassimo they have no record of my owing any money. They can't seem to comprehend that someone, somewhere at Tassimo gave this incorrect info to a collection agency.
The phone number (866-486-2424) is a working number, but the "extension" they provided and REQUIRE to speak to a person is "incorrect". They assigned it, how can it be incorrect? The second number they provide (866-907-4182) is only for making payments. If you answer no, it tells you to call back when you're ready to pay.
Tassimo won't correct it. NSA doesn't answer the phone and my credit is going to be affected.
